Role: Senior Director, Global Program Lead in Neuroscience, responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of global development programs from discovery to market. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams (GPTs) to deliver project objectives across all phases, including research, clinical development, regulatory approval, and lifecycle management; define and align asset strategies with commercial insights; oversee budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement; evaluate new opportunities and support feasibility studies. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) or MBA; 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 8+ years of global project leadership experience managing complex interdisciplinary initiatives; strong enterprise leadership, strategic vision, and matrix team management skills; PMP certification preferred. High-Value: experience with innovative modalities such as Cell or Gene Therapy, involvement in global NME approvals, and working within GxP and clinical development frameworks.
