Senior Director, Global Program Lead – Neuroscience (Cambridge, MA)

POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Own overarching Global Program(s): define asset strategy and lead development and LCM projects from discovery to marketplace.
- Drive regulatory approval and launch/global patient access simultaneously.
- Lead global cross-functional Global Program Team (GPT) with matrix management across functional sub-teams; ensure scope, objectives, budget, and timelines; maximize asset value.
- Partner with commercial, clinical, CMC, and other functions to align development/commercial requirements for global patient access.
- Lead program planning, progress reporting, risk/issue management, and decisions on strategic scope/budget/timelines.
- Manage multiple assets; may lead key business initiatives (e.g., in-licensing and feasibility support).

PROGRAM STRATEGY, EXECUTION, FISCAL + RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- Set vision/strategy/goals/priorities and long-term plans; align cross-functional/divisional goals.
- Provide leadership for projects across phases (including innovative early POM/POC to Phase III/submission and global launch).
- Accountable for operating budgets with variance monitoring; manage resources and contingency planning.
- Conduct change management for GPT; develop KPI tracking systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced scientific degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) or MBA.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience (R&D and commercial operations).
- 8+ years interdisciplinary global experience managing complex strategy/execution and matrix teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced science/business degree; broad enterprise orientation; managed multiple NME global approvals.
- PMI Project Management Professional certification desired.
