Senior Director, Global Program Development Lead - DMD/Neuromuscular

Role: Senior Director, Global Program Development Lead, responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of gene therapy programs, with a focus on maximizing asset value through lifecycle management and cross-functional integration. Responsibilities: lead overall program strategy, develop Target Product Profiles, facilitate data-informed decision-making, support business development, engage with external stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables within a matrix organization. Act as liaison with governance committees, communicate progress, and build high-performing teams while driving program agility and risk mitigation. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of pharmaceutical leadership experience, proven success in drug development and commercialization, preferably within rare diseases, gene therapy, or neuromuscular conditions. Deep understanding of clinical development, regulatory, and product lifecycle management, with experience in fast-paced, complex environments. Preferred: advanced degrees (MS, PhD, MBA), experience in early commercialization, and knowledge of neuromuscular diseases.
