Job Description: Senior Director, Global Pricing and Economics

Responsibilities

Pricing & Contracting Insights & Strategy Development

• Collaborates with Global Pricing and Access Strategy leads, Brand, Finance, HEOR, and Global teams to ensure pricing decisions are well-informed and data driven.
• Leads complex analysis to understand price elasticity, payer willingness to pay, and set price points for new and existing products and/or new indications.

Governance & Financial Planning

• Develop and Maintain SOPs and governance frameworks
• Lead U.S Pricing Committee Discussions
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• BS/BA in an analytic field
• 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare system
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
