Senior Director, Global Oncology Strategy and Operations (Raritan, NJ)

Purpose
- Lead executive-level strategic planning initiatives for oncology within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), partnering cross-functionally to design and deploy organizational change initiatives. Shape the long-range strategic plan and oversee resource allocation to meet customer needs.

You will be responsible for
- Team capability development and effectiveness; continuous learning culture; mentor and identify potential future leaders.
- Lead broad-based strategic projects for the Oncology TA with accountability for delivery and demonstrated business impact (e.g., co-positioning multiple assets); develop and independently contribute to business strategies; manage multiple priorities.
- Plan and execute global oncology congress and key opinion leader (KOL) engagements; align scientific data and commercial priorities; synthesize external insights into actionable strategy and long-term portfolio decisions.
- Shape and drive core business cycle deliverables (annual BP, G&Os, TA updates to senior executives).

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or related industry required.
- Commercial function experience required (marketing, market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, or related).
- Business acumen; P&L management desired.
- Oncology background preferred.
- Strong problem-solving; ability to design/structure/lead projects.
- Understand pharma trends; credibility with senior leaders.
- Experience working across functional and geographic boundaries.
- Track record in ambiguous/complex environments.

- Strategic thinking, business/data analysis, data-driven decision making, market research, program/project management, cross-functional collaboration, and financial analysis.

Compensation
- Anticipated base pay range: $178,000.00–$307,050.00.
