Role: Senior Director, Global Medical Neuroscience – Medical Product Lead (MPL) for Specialty Neurology, overseeing worldwide medical strategy and cross-functional leadership for Neuroimmune, Neuromuscular, and Motor neuron assets, with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis and Spasticity. Responsibilities: define and execute global medical strategies from early development through lifecycle management; lead advisory boards and external scientific engagement; partner with Commercial, Regulatory, R&D, and Market Access teams; develop late-stage and pipeline evidence strategies; lead global thought leader relationships; manage medical data generation efforts; and build the capabilities of the medical team. Requirements: MD, DO, PhD or equivalent in life sciences, with at least 9 years in clinical research or healthcare, including 5+ years in neuro-related medical affairs (MS, Spasticity, or Neuroimmune). Demonstrated leadership experience in a global, matrixed environment, with strategic planning and stakeholder management skills. High-value: neurotherapeutics (MS, Spasticity, Neuroimmune, Motor neuron), global medical strategy, lifecycle management, evidence generation, external scientific engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: location flexible, significant international travel expected.
