The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Development, Real-World Evidence, HEOR, and regional teams, as well as engaging with external medical experts and patient organizations. Key activities include developing medical and educational plans, supporting publication strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Requirements: M.D., Ph.D., or PharmD with at least 10 years of Medical Affairs or related clinical development experience, including neuromuscular/immunology launch expertise. Proven leadership in building high-performing teams, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement is essential. High-value biopharma specifics: neuromuscular/autoimmune indications, evidence generation, launch strategy, external stakeholder engagement, and cross-regional coordination. Standard travel estimated at 30%. Work setup involves international travel, with a focus on global medical and scientific excellence.
