Clinical Research and Development
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver a robust HEVA evidence strategy for early Neurology pipeline assets (Alzheimerโ€™s, wet/dry AMD, other neurodegenerative conditions) and contribute to Neurology disease-area strategies.
- Drive measurable business impact through compliant HEVA tactics supporting commercial objectives and market access.
- Partner with commercial teams to translate HEVA insights into actionable business strategies.
- Support team lead in mentoring/developing team members; lead/participate in above-therapeutic-area initiatives.
- Build cross-functional relationships to align pricing/access decisions with demonstrable asset value; align with US HEVA for inclusion of US insights in global plans.
- Present to senior leadership; communicate complex health economics concepts with clarity.
- Oversee design/execution/publication of high-quality health economics and outcomes research; develop real-world evidence strategies for lifecycle management; ensure scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.
- Identify early-pipeline focus areas and keep epidemiology updated to assess opportunity.
- Build external relationships (payers, HTA bodies, academics); represent Sanofi at scientific conferences; collaborate with KOLs and research partners; engage regulators on HEOR.

Qualifications / Required Skills
- 10+ years in health economics/outcomes research (or related).
- PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in health economics/epidemiology/public health/economics (required).
- Advanced health economic modeling, RWE generation, evidence synthesis, outcomes research methods.
- Experience managing high-complexity assets/therapeutic areas; strong market access/reimbursement support via HEVA.
- Deep understanding of global HTA and payer decision frameworks.
- Expert knowledge of RWE regulatory guidance (FDA/EMA) and US vs rest-of-world promotional guidance.
- Neurology experience required.
- Strong English written/verbal communication; synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Project management; timeline/budget delivery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI/digital tools for health economics (analytics platforms, ML for synthesis, digital data management; generative AI/automated analysis).
