Senior Director, Global Development Technology Solutions

Role: Senior Director, Global Development Technology Solutions, leading the digital and technology ecosystem within R&D for BeOne, focused on clinical development functions in cancer research. Responsibilities: develop and execute a multi-year digital & tech roadmap aligned with scientific milestones; oversee end-to-end delivery of digital solutions; advise on AI/ML/genAI applications; ensure data governance, security, and compliance; lead change management and digital adoption; manage vendor selection and external innovation. Key interfaces include Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Safety, and Data Science teams, with collaboration across Global Technology Solutions. Requirements: 12+ years in pharma/biotech digital/IT, 7+ years leadership, deep domain knowledge of clinical R&D processes, experience with AI/ML/genAI, software lifecycle, 21CFR Part 11, and GxP validation; bachelor's degree or higher. Preferred: strong stakeholder management, transformational leadership skills, agile methodologies. High-Value: R&D digital transformation, AI/ML/genAI integration, clinical development, cross-functional leadership, cloud/SaaS experience, oncology focus implied by cancer interest. Work setup: some travel expected.
