Responsibilities:
- Lead measurement, insights, and AI capabilities supporting global communications strategy.
- Develop/govern measurement strategies, metric frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Build scalable dashboards/data systems for strategy, content, and performance measurement.
- Run reputation/trust program (reputation, stakeholder trust, share of voice; identify trend drivers).
- Lead narrative/content intelligence to guide messaging and storytelling decisions.
- Commission primary research (perception studies, stakeholder surveys, qualitative insights).
- Partner with Social Media CoE for always-on listening and reporting; connect with enterprise analytics partners.
- Track industry/category intelligence to advise positioning.
- Forecast issues/crises/emerging trends via signal detection and predictive analytics.
- Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and run intelligence reporting cadence.
- Lead Global Communications data/analytics/AI infrastructure; ensure privacy/ethics/responsible AI.
- Lead/develop team (incl. at least one Associate Director) and strengthen data literacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
- 10+ years in communications/marketing/business intelligence with strong data analytics, measurement, and insights (preferably global/matrixed).
Preferred/Skills:
- Experience designing measurement programs tied to outcomes; audience/reputation/trust expertise.
- Manage research providers and social/listening/analytics vendors.
- Significant AI tools/platform experience; communicate insights to exec audiences.
- Cross-market experience; strong leadership/collaboration; excellent analytical storytelling.
Location: Indianapolis, IN or Remote.
