Senior Director, Global Clinical Finance, Budgeting, & Outsourcing

Role: Senior Director, Global Clinical Finance, Budgeting & Outsourcing, overseeing financial management of ImmunityBio's global clinical development programs. Responsibilities: lead strategy and governance for trial budgeting, forecasting, outsourcing, contracting, and supplier management; provide executive insights into clinical spend, risk, and opportunities; establish global standards for investigator site budgets, vendor governance, and financial systems; partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and drive process improvements; build and lead a high-performing global team. Qualifications: Bachelor's in life sciences, business, or related field; 12+ years in biotech/pharma clinical operations, with 7+ years in outsourcing, budgeting, and vendor management; senior leadership experience supporting Phase I-III programs; deep knowledge of clinical finance, outsourcing strategies, complex negotiations, and systems like Veeva. High-Value: emphasis on clinical outsourcing, global program oversight, and vendor governance; experience with RTSM/IRT, clinical tech, and investigational supply models preferred. Work Setup: onsite in El Segundo or Torrey Pines, CA; standard weekday hours with potential travel, evenings, or weekends as needed.
