Role: Senior Director of Global Clinical Development in Neuroscience, responsible for leading clinical strategy, trial design, and team management for neurodegenerative and/or neuropsychiatric indications. Responsibilities: develop and oversee clinical development plans, serve as the clinical point of contact, provide scientific leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance; act as Medical Monitor, interpret clinical data, and contribute to regulatory submissions; manage multiple clinical programs across lifecycle stages, collaborate with external partners, and represent the company in regulatory interactions; lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD with at least 7 years of experience in clinical research, with deep expertise in neurodegenerative/neuropsychiatric areas; proven leadership in clinical trial design, biomarker development, and strategic planning within pharma or academic settings; strong knowledge of GxP, regulatory processes, and scientific publication record.
