Senior Director, Global Clinical Data Management

Role: Senior Director, Global Clinical Data Management overseeing worldwide clinical trial data operations for ImmunityBio’s immunotherapy and cell therapy portfolio, including Phase I–IV studies. Objectives: ensure high-quality, compliant datasets supporting regulatory submissions, publications, and decision-making; define enterprise data governance; lead modernization initiatives. Responsibilities: develop and execute global data management strategy; lead end-to-end clinical data operations, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to GxP and regulatory standards; build and mentor a global team; establish data standards and quality frameworks; drive process improvements and automation efforts; manage budgets and resources. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s in life sciences or technical field; 12+ years in clinical data management, clinical operations, or healthcare data systems; extensive experience with enterprise data governance, GCP, and regulatory inspections; proven leadership of global teams; deep knowledge of EDC, CDMS platforms, SDTM/CDISC standards; strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
