Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data, IT, or related field with 13+ years in data management; or extended experience with relevant advanced degrees. Must have 5+ years of people management, clinical trial operations, and global team leadership. Biopharma specifics involve clinical data management, GCP compliance, inspection readiness, and regulatory understanding, with a focus on data quality and digital practices. Skills include strategic leadership, change management, data governance, and cross-functional influence. The role requires 10% travel, hybrid work setup, and emphasizes leadership in digital/data initiatives within the clinical development context.
