Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual 3-year strategic Brand Planning process with tumor teams; develop commercial perspective/strategy across new and existing indications using macro trends and competitor insights.
- Facilitate the Quarterly Business Review with Commercial Strategy, Analytics & Operations, and Sales Leadership to identify/prioritize opportunities and ensure post-meeting pull-through.
- Drive tactical marketing planning; streamline processes and incorporate insights/metrics into tactical planning.
- Develop franchise-level KPI dashboards and performance trackers with Strategy, Analytics, and Digital teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional brand team meetings and franchise-wide forums to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
- Oversee brand financial management with Finance, Marketing Leadership, and tumor teams (budget planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly reconciliations).
- Develop and manage marketing team annual calendar and communication plan.
- Provide operational leadership for Marketing’s digital knowledge/insights infrastructure (AI Insights Hubs, Veeva Vault PromoMats, MS Teams workspaces, SharePoint), including governance and best-practice adoption.
- Oversee Marketing Operations (printing/fulfillment, contract routing, PO creation, vendor invoicing) through direct management of the responsible team member.
- Guide congress/conference operations for marketing- and field-led events.
- Drive operational excellence by setting standards and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial/vendor/conference workflows.
- Develop and coach an operations team; set priorities and foster continuous improvement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise employees across Brand Strategy and Marketing Operations, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management; set priorities, expectations, and KPIs.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in related discipline with 18 years’ related experience, or MS/MBA with 16 years’ related experience, or equivalent education/experience.
- Master’s (13 years) or BS/BA (15 years) acceptable per experience requirements.
- Experience leading short- and long-range brand planning.
- Oncology experience required.
- Previous experience in Sales, Market Access, and Marketing preferred.

Work/Travel:
- 25–40% travel.
