Role Overview
- Lead the Field Platforms Team and manage relationships with field and brand management teams across North America BUs (Specialty Care, General Medicines, Vaccines).
- Drive platform strategy, field adoption, and team development, embedding AI-powered tools and automation to improve commercial outcomes.
- Serve as Business Owner for Sanofi’s commercial CRM ecosystem: OneCRM (including Events & Congresses), Rep-triggered email, Smart CLM, VeevaAlign.

Main Responsibilities
- Drive simplification and harmonization of one Veeva instance integration across Gen Meds, Specialty Care, and Vaccines; partner with Global OneCRM for core functionality and US-specific needs.
- Partner with Digital/Global/Vaccines/Specialty Care on the Events Harmonization Volcano Project; ensure smooth delivery of harmonized processes and tools.
- Develop technical specifications and business rules to advance system capabilities and field efficiencies; prioritize rollouts of enhancements, upgrades, and new capabilities.
- Drive user adoption through practical, workflow-rooted training and communications integrated into broader learning curricula.
- Develop and coach 17 Field Platforms team members: strengthen capabilities, provide training/hands-on experience, develop subject matter experts, support IDPs, build metrics/KPIs, and report results.

Qualifications
- 10+ years biotech or pharmaceutical experience; undergraduate degree (MBA preferred).
- Veeva certification a plus.
- Experience leading and developing diverse teams; demonstrated leadership driving change.
- 5+ years preferred in field operations and/or field technology; experience launching new systems preferred.
- Strong matrix leadership by influence; project management.
- Proven results; ability to leverage networks to develop/coach; lead change and challenge status quo.
- High resilience and persistence.
- AI fluency & digital innovation; growth mindset and continuous improvement/process excellence.
