Senior Director, Field Platforms

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Field Platforms Team and serve as Business Owner for Sanofi’s commercial CRM ecosystem (OneCRM including Events & Congresses, Rep-triggered email, Smart CLM, VeevaAlign) across Specialty Care, General Medicines, and Vaccines.
- Drive platform strategy, field adoption, and team development; embed AI-powered tools and automation.
- Lead integration harmonization of one Veeva instance in the US across Gen Meds, Specialty Care, and Vaccines with Global OneCRM; deliver US-specific needs.
- Partner with Digital and business stakeholders to integrate the Events Harmonization Volcano Project using Veeva.
- Develop technical specifications and business rules to advance system capabilities, field efficiencies, and roll out enhancements/upgrades/new capabilities.
- Drive user adoption via practical training and communications aligned to field workflows and learning curricula.
- Coach and develop 17 Field Platforms team members: training/hands-on development, KPI/metrics, IDP support, and building business subject matter experts.

Qualifications / Skills:
- 10+ years in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals; undergraduate degree (MBA preferred).
- Veeva certification a plus.
- Experience leading/developing diverse teams; demonstrated leadership to drive change.
- 5+ years in field operations and/or field technology; preference for experience launching new systems.
- Experience leading by influence in matrix organizations; project management to maintain momentum.
- Proven results; strong relationship-building and ability to lead projects in multicultural/matrix settings.
- AI fluency/digital innovation and ability to drive continuous improvement.
- High persistence/resilience; strong communication and stakeholder management.
