Responsibilities:
- Shape cross-functional ERP technology strategy with BRMs, IT leaders, and functional executives; build a capabilities-based framework aligned to 3–5+ year goals.
- Lead product managers overseeing solution design, architecture, and delivery in line with product strategy, standards, and enterprise architecture.
- Align product delivery and technology plans to strategic goals and multi-function roadmaps; ensure function-specific strategic objectives are met.
- Manage ERP roadmap prioritization and alignment using industry standards, best practices, and ERP/cloud trends.
- Advise senior leaders on the optimal mix of ERP capabilities/products across a multi-year horizon.
- Own the ERP product organization budget; coordinate demand, forecasting, and portfolio management; drive product decisions aligned to business objectives and budgets.
- Serve as executive IT owner for Oracle EBS and adjacent platforms; partner across Finance, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Supply Chain.
- Partner with the ERP Program Management IT Lead (Oracle Fusion) to support Fusion milestones, go-lives, and wave planning.
- Drive execution and optimization across configuration, extensions, integrations, data migration, reporting enablement, identity/access governance (RBAC/ABAC), testing (UAT/SIT), deployment, and hypercare.
- Own the ERP enhancement backlog (triage requests; determine EBS vs. native Fusion design) to prevent capability gaps.
- Manage EBS-to-Fusion cutover operations: maintain EBS stability during parallel run, coordinate data freeze windows, and ensure hypercare post-go-live.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership across ERP and enterprise applications, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
- Experience managing ERP operations during parallel EBS and Fusion waves, including cutover planning and hypercare.
- Hands-on familiarity with Oracle Tax (EBTax), Treasury (Cash Management/bank connectivity), and/or EPM (planning/forecasting).
- Background in global ERP rollouts, M&A integrations, and multi-entity consolidation on Oracle platforms.
- Oracle Cloud/EBS certifications; MBA or advanced degree.
Skills / Experience (preferred/role-aligned):
- Proven success leading global, multi-entity ERP implementations/upgrades/modernization (EBS → Fusion strongly preferred).
- Deep knowledge of finance and adjacent processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Acquire to Retire) and EPM/reporting.
- ERP architecture and integration expertise (APIs, middleware), data migration, security, identity/access management, and cloud operations.
- Governance/change control and audit readiness experience (SOX, ITGC; GxP as applicable).
- Strong portfolio, budget, and vendor/SI management; ability to align investments to multi-year strategy.
- Track record developing product managers and cross-functional teams; strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.
