Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead expanded end-to-end (E2E) third-party risk management, coordinating a central enterprise risk management program/team.
- Drive a holistic enterprise view of third-party risk exposure across risk dimensions; collect inputs from function/business leads and report to key stakeholders.
- Oversee supplier criticality assessments across the supplier lifecycle and prioritize risk using criticality dimensions.
- Oversee third-party risk assessments and regular updates for critical suppliers using a central risk tool; ensure metrics are automated/updated.
- Maintain a centralized supplier risk repository (risk action plans, timelines, ownership) and provide multi-dimensional reports with the CRM team.
- Maintain and update the risk appetite matrix and mitigation action list; coordinate reviews/escalations of mitigation actions.
- Stand up and automate a centralized supplier risk register; ensure appropriate tools/technology support.
- Coordinate escalation governance committees (cross-functional/executive).
- Manage a hybrid centralized/federated operating model; lead direct and matrix resources.
- Partner with strategic sourcing/business owners to integrate supplier landscape into the risk strategy and drive actions (mitigation/acceptance) via transparent governance.
- Own third-party risk processes, policies, procedures, governance/RACIs, and inherent/residual risk monitoring/reporting.

Qualifications:
- Required: University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Risk Management; 12+ years’ risk experience.
- Preferred: Certified professional certifications; experience in a large multinational, publicly held company.

Required Skills:
- Strong third-party risk policy/procedure knowledge; excellent communication with senior leadership and third parties.
- Enterprise mindset; analytical/problem-solving; stakeholder management/trust-building.
- Strong process/project management and continuous improvement (e.g., Pareto/flow diagrams).
- Ability to establish/lead an effective governance program.

Compensation:
- Pay range: $220,000–$330,000; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
