Role: Lead engineering for Medical Affairs' Digital and AI portfolio, responsible for transforming architecture and product requirements into production AI systems at enterprise scale. Responsibilities: oversee a team of three Build Engineers and one Data Integration Engineer; set engineering standards, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality, reliable AI systems; direct build and integration of AI/ML models, LLMs, and data pipelines; manage production reliability, security, and compliance; collaborate with Solution Architecture and Product Management to align delivery with business priorities; develop talent and establish scalable engineering practices. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 12+ years in software/data engineering, with 4-5+ years in leadership; hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), API design, CI/CD, MLOps, data integration, and enterprise AI deployment; proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI projects. Preferred: Master's degree; experience in pharma or regulated environments familiar with GxP, HIPAA, GDPR; certifications in cloud architecture or Scrum.
