Role: Senior Director of Radiopharmaceutical Dosimetry & Radiobiology, leading internal dosimetry strategies and translational dose-response integration within RayzeBio's oncology programs. Responsibilities: oversee all aspects of dosimetry analysis for preclinical and clinical radiopharmaceuticals, develop advanced patient-level dose calculation methods (including Monte Carlo-based approaches), and link absorbed doses to biological effects. Manage collaborations with vendors, academic partners, and regulatory bodies; develop standards and contribute to regulatory submissions; provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training across multidisciplinary teams. Requirements: advanced degree in Medical Physics, Nuclear Engineering, or related field; minimum 10 years of experience in radiopharmaceutical dosimetry, including 5+ years in oncology applications and alpha-emitting radiotherapeutics; extensive expertise in image-based dosimetry, Monte Carlo simulations, and radiation biology; proficiency with dosimetry software and programming tools. Preferred: PhD and recognized leadership in the radiopharmaceutical dosimetry community. High-Value: oncology-focused, radiopharmaceutical therapies (including alpha-emitters), preclinical and clinical development stages, regulatory interface, cross-functional team leadership, and US-based remote work with up to 30% travel.
