Role: Senior Director specializing in radiopharmaceutical dosimetry and radiobiology within BMS's oncology-focused nuclear medicine team. Responsibilities: lead and coordinate internal dosimetry activities across preclinical and clinical programs, develop and implement advanced dose calculation methodologies (including Monte Carlo simulations and voxel-level analyses), and connect absorbed dose metrics to biological responses. Oversee quality control of dosimetry data, manage collaborations with vendors, academia, and regulatory bodies, and contribute to protocol development and regulatory submissions. Requirements: advanced degree in Medical Physics, Nuclear Engineering, or related field; minimum 10 years' experience in radiopharmaceutical dosimetry, including 5+ years with oncology therapeutics and alpha emitters; extensive expertise in quantitative imaging, Monte Carlo methods, and radiation biology. Preferred: PhD and recognized leadership in the radiopharmaceutical dosimetry community.
