Senior Director, DMPK Project Leader

Role: Senior Director, DMPK Project Leader at Centessa Pharmaceuticals, leading DMPK activities to support CNS drug development, including PK, ADME, biotransformation, bioanalytical, and toxicokinetic studies. Responsibilities: oversee nonclinical PK experiments, support compound profiling and project progression, lead NDA filings for DMPK, analyze and communicate PK/toxicokinetic data to cross-functional teams, and coordinate with discovery and development teams. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field; 10+ years industry experience in biotech/pharma; expertise in DMPK sciences, drug discovery, and development processes; proficiency with PK modeling tools like Phoenix WinNonlin; experience supporting GLP studies and regulatory submissions (NDAs).
