Role: Senior Director, DMPK Project Leader responsible for overseeing DMPK activities supporting CNS drug candidates at Centessa Pharmaceuticals (a Lilly subsidiary). Objectives include leading nonclinical PK experiments, in vitro ADME, biotransformation, and bioanalytical studies to enable candidate progression. Responsibilities: deliver high-quality DMPK data for project decisions, support NDA filings, influence compound profiling and development strategy, calculate PK and toxicokinetic parameters, and coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical pharmacologists and toxicologists. Requirements: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field; 10+ years industry experience with expertise in DMPK sciences, CNS drug discovery/development, and regulatory submissions including NDAs. Skills include PK modeling (Phoenix WinNonlin), GLP-compliance, and in silico PK prediction tools. Preferred: CNS drug candidate experience, project leadership, strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills. High-Value: CNS therapeutic area, small molecule drugs, NDA experience, DMPK sciences, cross-functional collaboration, US-based with occasional travel.
