Role: Senior Director of Portfolio & Financial Management within Digital & Technology, responsible for establishing strategy, governance, and operations for technology portfolios, investment prioritization, and value realization. Acts as Chief of Staff to the SVP of Commercial & G&A Digital & Technology, supporting strategic initiatives, leadership planning, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing enterprise portfolio management, IT financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency), defining success metrics, and developing TBM capabilities to enhance decision-making. The role involves leading annual planning cycles, establishing governance standards, and managing high-level executive reporting. Qualifications: BS/BA in Information Systems, Finance, or related; MS or MBA preferred. 15+ years of leadership in technology portfolio management, PMO, or IT financial management in complex enterprises; experience with portfolio tools (e.g., Planview) and governance frameworks is advantageous. Strong influence with senior stakeholders, experience in executive communications, and ability to operate autonomously are required. High-value biopharma specifics are minimal; however, the role's emphasis on strategic investment, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional leadership aligns with technology-driven pharma environments. Location: On-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY, Rensselaer, NY, or Warren, NJ, with a minimum of 4 days/week attendance.
