Senior Director, Data Management Systems

Role: Lead strategic and operational management of clinical data technology platforms for a biopharma focused on autoimmune diseases, including eCOA/ePRO, eDiary, Medidata Rave (EDC), and Elluminate. Responsibilities: define system strategy, governance, and lifecycle management; oversee vendor relations, system validation, and integration; lead a team of clinical systems professionals; ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards; serve as cross-functional liaison to Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and other teams; support audit readiness and system upgrades. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, health IT, or related; 15+ years in clinical data management/systems in pharma/biotech/CRO settings; 5+ years' leadership experience; deep knowledge of clinical data systems and validation (21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP); proven experience with systems like Medidata Rave, eCOA, Elluminate; vendor management skills. Preferred: experience across multiple therapeutic areas and trial phases, familiarity with additional clinical tech (IRT, CTMS), certifications (CCDM, PMP, ITIL).
