Senior Director, Data & Analytics

Role: Senior Director, Data and Analytics, leading the development and execution of data strategies to support the commercial launch of Crinetics' rare endocrine therapies. Responsibilities: oversee technology solutions (CRM, data warehousing, BI tools), develop analytics frameworks, create KPIs and dashboards, collaborate with internal teams and external partners on data workflows, optimize data sourcing for go-to-market activities, and support strategic planning and capacity optimization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred); 15+ years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics/data management, with expertise in sales data sources across retail, institutional, and specialty pharmacy sectors. Experience in pharmaceutical situation analysis, brand planning, and stakeholder engagement essential. High-value: extensive pharmaceutical data expertise, strategic analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and experience supporting commercial launches. Work setup: not specified; travel up to 5%.
