Job Purpose:
- Lead procurement initiatives for GSK business units and operations across the procurement-to-pay cycle.
- Responsible for Digital & Technology categories: Data, AI & Infrastructure; reports to VP, Digital & Tech Procurement. Part of Tech Procurement Leadership Team; covers ~£300M spend.

Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver strategic sourcing strategies impacting quality of service/supply and cost savings.
- Plan, oversee, and lead high-value, long-term, complex negotiations impacting business success.
- Partner with customer groups to deliver relevant strategic procurement solutions.
- Manage and develop a global team of procurement leaders across direct, indirect, and matrix reporting; build staff capability and improve performance.
- Create global category strategies; understand cross-category impacts and build education/communication.
- Create business cases for change and obtain approvals to execute (Digital & Tech and/or Finance/HR); align benefit delivery and budgeting.
- Deliver strategy benefits aligned to supply assurance (risk), compliance, quality, service, cost, and innovation.
- Lead complex negotiations with Tech suppliers to maximize global opportunities.
- Build senior relationships with internal Tech stakeholders and key suppliers to identify value opportunities and align strategies.
- Lead and direct category teams; build organizational capabilities to implement GSK strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, business, or finance.
- Experience in procurement.
- Experience developing and delivering multi-year business strategies.
- Experience managing delivery of multiple large projects (project/change management).
- Experience assessing business value, priorities, risks, and market drivers to inform category strategy.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with global stakeholders; managing suppliers and external market dynamics.
- Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution experience.
