Senior Director, CRM / Commercial Apps Lead

Role: Senior Director, CRM / Commercial Apps Lead within US Commercial BI&S Data & Technology, responsible for overseeing the operating model for CRM and business applications across multiple P&Ls and Centers of Excellence. Primary objective is leading the US transition to a single, integrated Veeva Vault CRM platform, aligning with global efforts, and ensuring platform adoption, data integrity, and continuous enhancements. Responsibilities include managing the CRM migration project, solution design, integrations, and user support; partnering with global teams for alignment; overseeing system vendors; and driving AI and analytics integration within the Veeva ecosystem to enhance field productivity. The role also involves managing a team of internal and external resources, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences commercial operations with proven CRM management, especially Veeva Vault CRM; prior experience leading large-scale CRM migrations and system integrations in global or matrixed environments. Skills: strong communication, leadership, project management, and technical expertise in CRM data flows, integrations, and analytics platforms. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on commercial operations, multi-indication therapeutic areas (Oncology, Dermatology, Immunology, Inflammation), and platform solutions supporting field teams, insights, and compliance.
