Senior Director, Corporate Responsibility Operations

Role: Senior Director, Corporate Responsibility Operations, leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational systems and processes to support Gilead's global corporate responsibility programs, including grants, sponsorships, and partnerships. Responsibilities: develop strategic operational plans, standardize governance frameworks, oversee data harmonization, establish KPIs and reporting tools, and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Public Affairs, and Finance to ensure program effectiveness and compliance. Drive process improvements, manage budgets and external vendors, and support stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 14 years (or Master's with 12+ years) in corporate responsibility, public affairs, or operations, with demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and building high-performing teams. Preferred: experience in biopharmaceuticals or regulated environments.
