Senior Director, Construction Management

Responsibilities: lead construction planning, execution, and management; establish and standardize delivery models; oversee preconstruction, safety, risk, financials, and stakeholder collaboration; and develop high-performing teams. Requirements: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related; 12+ years in large-scale construction, with 8+ years managing multi-project portfolios; 5+ years in regulated environments like healthcare or labs. Preferred: Master’s degree, PMP/CCM/PE certifications, Lean/BIM methodologies experience.
