Responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining the Compass Integrated Maturity Model across the GPS organization. Partners with cross-functional teams (Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, Digital/BIT, Site Leadership) to implement operational excellence and reliability standards. Guides design teams, orchestrates functional accountability, and leads change management for system adoption and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in operational excellence/continuous improvement
- 5+ years in leadership
- Experience with maturity models
- Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma
- Experience with digital/AI integration
