Senior Director, Commercialization Strategy & Operations Enablement

Role: Senior Director, Commercialization Strategy & Operations at argenx, supporting global commercialization efforts for autoimmune disease therapies, including VYVGART. Responsibilities: act as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercialization Officer, translating strategy into operational plans; lead the Commercialization Leadership Team (CLT) cadence, agenda-setting, and decision-making; drive strategic priorities, manage cross-functional initiatives, and build scalable digital tools for organizational efficiency; ensure alignment across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and regions. Qualifications: advanced degree (Master's or MBA), 5+ years in project management within biotech/pharma, with deep experience in biotech commercialization, preferably in immunology/autoimmune therapeutics, and at least 10 years of US biopharma market exposure. Skills include strategic operations, senior leadership facilitation, executive communication, organizational navigation, and managing confidential information. Location: ideally Boston-based or East Coast with travel to Boston and Ghent.
