Senior Director, Biosimilar Pricing & Contracting Operations

Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of pricing strategy across all Biosciences products and commercial channels.
- Establish and manage pricing governance, pricing approvals, and financial evaluation frameworks.
- Evaluate pricing opportunities and financial tradeoffs tied to contracting strategies, customer access, and competitive dynamics.
- Lead scenario planning and competitive pricing analyses for launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio decisions.
- Develop pricing analytics and dashboards to monitor contract performance, pricing effectiveness, channel utilization, customer purchasing trends, forecast accuracy, and margin optimization.
- Drive operational improvements and process efficiencies to enhance pricing execution, visibility, and financial performance.
- Lead commercial contracting operations across customer segments and channels.
- Develop and implement contracting strategies aligned to market access and commercial objectives while optimizing financial outcomes.
- Manage Deal Desk operations and scalable processes for pricing approvals, contract governance, and customer-specific evaluations.
- Assess financial risks/opportunities for commercial agreements and recommend actions to executive leadership; ensure readiness across pricing, contracting, trade/distribution, forecasting, and supply chain.
- Partner with Finance, Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Trade & Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, corporate policies, and compliance standards.
- Support commercialization and launch readiness for pipeline biosimilars and specialty products.
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Pricing & Contracting Operations organization; establish scalable governance and best practices.
- Manage external vendors, data partners, and operational support organizations as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field (e.g., marketing & business) β€” Required.
- MBA β€” Preferred.
- 10+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology managed markets & trade leadership, including successful new product launch β€” Required.
- Proven track record implementing strategic pricing, contracting, and reimbursement plans for products in key customer segments β€” Required.
