Main Responsibilities:
- Sponsor and own execution of the NA General Medicines digital modernization roadmap across US therapeutic areas; align with Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) and Digital teams with clear commercial outcomes.
- Drive integrated brand planning and unify Brands, Digital, and GTMC on a coordinated digital agenda.
- Provide commercial insights and business impact analysis to shape digital strategy, prioritization, and adoption.
- Lead business readiness, change management, and sustained adoption of digital/AI tools; build end-to-end adoption journey (training, monitoring, optimization).
- Define AI/digital business strategy and learning pathways; develop business requirements/success criteria for digital-enabled go-to-market models (sales, HCP engagement, direct-to-patient).
- Translate enterprise strategy into BU execution plans with accountability; evaluate business cases using KPIs; support build–buy–partner decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Commercial, PSS, Marketing, Digital/IT, Data, Legal, vendors) and maintain feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years in digital transformation/commercial operations/strategic roles in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- 5+ years leading multi-year digital strategies with measurable business impact.
- Track record leading tech modernization, go-to-market transformation, and digital automation.
- Deep knowledge of pharma commercial models (field sales, HCP engagement, patient-centric marketing).
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders/vendors.

Preferred Qualifications (selected):
- AI/ML evaluation, vendor management, direct-to-patient/omnichannel; consulting/process reengineering and change management.
- Knowledge of modern digital platforms/CRM/data analytics; agile delivery and quarterly release planning.

Education:
- Bachelor’s required; MBA/MS preferred.

Travel:
- ~25–30%.
