Senior Director, Commercial Forecasting & Artificial Intelligence

Role: Senior Director, Commercial Forecasting & AI at Immatics, leading demand, revenue, and patient-flow forecasting across the oncology portfolio while pioneering AI and generative-AI capabilities to enhance commercial team performance. Responsibilities include developing forecasting models from early pipeline to post-launch, partnering with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs), designing AI-driven systems for automated data ingestion and analytics, and evaluating AI vendors and platforms. Requirements: 15+ years in life sciences with expertise in forecasting, commercial analytics, or market insights; proven experience building patient-based models, especially in oncology, cell and gene therapies, or rare diseases; strong knowledge of pharma/biotech data sources; hands-on AI application experience in regulated environments; advanced proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau. Preferred: background in launching autologous cell therapies, experience with global forecasting, and familiarity with market access analytics. High-value specifics: oncology, cell/gene therapy, pre-launch and in-line asset forecasting, regulated AI use, and global market considerations. Work setup: remote U.S.; travel approximately 10-15%.
