Senior Director Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms Suite Lead

Role: Senior Director, Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms, responsible for developing and leading global commercial data strategies and infrastructure within Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Objectives: establish a unified, governed data foundation to enable analytics, AI, and personalized customer engagement. Responsibilities: set multi-year vision and strategy, define scalable data operating models, establish data standards and governance, oversee vendor and resource management, and align data capabilities with enterprise priorities. Lead and develop global, cross-functional teams managing customer, market, HCP, HCO, payer, and patient data. Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and technology to ensure data quality, integration, and adoption supporting enterprise decision-making, especially in regulated pharma environments. Qualifications: 15+ years in data management, data platforms, or analytics, with 5+ years in pharma and 6-8 years in leadership. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred. Expertise in enterprise data architecture, MDM, data governance, and omnichannel data flows in regulated industries. High-value: focus on commercial data management supporting healthcare/pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with experience in global, matrixed teams, and regulated compliance (e.g., GDPR).
