Senior Director, Clinical Translational Scientist

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Translational Scientist, leading translational medicine strategies for clinical-stage immunology and inflammation therapies, primarily in cardiovascular indications. Responsibilities: develop and execute biomarker and pharmacology plans, interpret biological and clinical data, define translational milestones, oversee biomarker assay development, and support regulatory submissions. Serves as scientific leader across multidisciplinary teams, integrating insights from research through clinical development to optimize target engagement and proof-of-mechanism. Requirements: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MD/PhD in relevant fields; 12+ years in biotech/pharma, with significant translational medicine and clinical development experience. High-Value: expertise in immunology, inflammation, cardiovascular disease, biomarker and pharmacology strategies, early to late-stage clinical programs, supporting INDs and regulatory interactions.
