Senior Director, Clinical Science

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Science, leading CAR T-cell therapy clinical development for autoimmune indications in a biopharma setting. Responsibilities include designing, executing, and interpreting clinical trials; providing scientific input for development plans, protocols, and regulatory documents; representing clinical development externally and internally; mentoring staff; and ensuring GCP compliance. Requirements: Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or equivalent; 10+ years in drug development with experience across multiple programs and late-stage global trials; deep understanding of regulatory frameworks; operational and leadership skills. Preferred: experience in cell/gene therapy, immunology, or autoimmune diseases. High-Value: focus on cell therapy, autoimmune indications, late-stage clinical trials, global regulatory compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and external scientific engagement. Work setup: remote or hybrid; travel up to 15%.
