Senior Director Clinical Research Scientist

Role: Clinical Scientist (Associate Director to Executive Director) in early clinical development, focusing on designing, executing, and interpreting first-in-human through post-approval studies for biopharma assets. Responsibilities: lead or contribute to clinical and pharmacology trial design, collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Translational Sciences, Quantitative Pharmacology, and Statistics; develop clinical documents for regulatory submissions; analyze safety and efficacy data; support strategic decision-making and scientific communication; and mentor junior staff at senior levels. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, or MD with 5+ years (or BS/MS with 10+ years) experience in early clinical development or clinical pharmacology; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively. High-Value: early-stage biopharma programs, clinical pharmacology, oncology or inflammation indications, first-in-human to post-marketing phases, cross-functional leadership, and strategic input for clinical development. Travel: up to 20%, with flexible arrangements.
