Senior Director, Clinical Research & Development

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Research & Development, supporting external molecule evaluations and cross-functional transitions in late-stage discovery. Responsibilities: provide clinical input for in-licensing and acquisition due diligence, contribute to clinical development planning of molecules post-Late Lead Optimization, oversee clinical execution, and stay informed on scientific and regulatory developments. Qualifications: MD/PhD/PharmD with 7+ years in biotech/pharma clinical development, including experience with small molecules and biologics, and global regulatory knowledge (FDA, EMA, PMDA). Preferred: expertise in NDA/MAA submissions, leadership of Phase 1-2a programs, and experience with drug-device combinations. High-Value: focus on rare diseases, late-stage development, cross-functional collaboration, and remote work with occasional travel (~20%).
