Role: Senior Director/Principal Scientist leading clinical research for Atherosclerosis therapeutics across all development stages, from pre-clinical to post-licensure. Responsibilities: develop and execute clinical strategies, design and monitor trials, analyze safety and efficacy data, prepare regulatory submissions, author development documents, and support external collaborations and business assessments. Manage the full cycle of late-stage clinical studies, working closely with cross-functional teams including regulatory, medical, and commercial units. Maintain scientific expertise through engagement with investigators, scientific meetings, and literature. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD; minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience and 3-5 years in industry drug development or biomedical research; proven success in overseeing clinical trials and scientific achievement; strong communication skills and team collaboration. Preferred: Board certification in Cardiology, Endocrinology, or Nephrology; prior experience in clinical research with publications. High-Value: focus on cardiovascular diseases, especially atherosclerosis; involvement in clinical development and trial design; global research collaborations; hybrid work setup with 10% travel.
