Role: Senior Director of Clinical Project Delivery overseeing Immunome’s clinical trial portfolio, including planning, initiation, execution, and delivery to ensure timeliness, budget adherence, and compliance.
Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing CPD team; establish standards, tools, and governance for study delivery; oversee project timelines, enrollment metrics, and risk mitigation; manage vendor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance; support resource planning, departmental strategy, and cross-functional collaboration; contribute to regulatory submissions and audits.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years’ experience in clinical project management within biotech/pharma; proven leadership in building and managing global clinical trial teams; expertise in trial design, timeline development, enrollment tracking, and risk management; deep knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA regulations; PMP certification preferred.
High-Value: Focus on oncology therapeutics, with clinical-stage programs including ADCs, gamma secretase inhibitors, and radioligand therapies; experience managing multi-phase (I–IV) trials; strong vendor and regulatory oversight skills; global trial experience; strategic and operational leadership capabilities.
