Role: Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology at Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a Lilly subsidiary, leading translational pharmacology strategies across early to late-stage neuroscience drug development. Responsibilities: develop and execute clinical pharmacology plans addressing CNS exposure, dose optimization, and biomarker integration; lead model-informed drug development including PK/PD and exposure-response analyses; guide clinical pharmacology studies from FIH to post-marketing; represent pharmacology in regulatory interactions; oversee CROs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, or MD in pharmacology-related field; 10+ years of biopharma experience with demonstrated impact in translational science; expertise in PK, PD, modeling platforms (e.g., NONMEM, R, Phoenix WinNonlin); experience with regulatory submissions and CNS drug development; strong leadership and communication skills. High-Value: Neuroscience, CNS exposure, dose optimization, biomarkers, early- to late-stage clinical development, regulatory interactions, modeling, and CNS-specific strategies.
