Role: Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology at Corcept, leading the design and execution of clinical pharmacology development strategies for the company's small-molecule pipeline. Responsibilities: develop pharmacokinetic/pharmacometric strategies, oversee complex clinical and nonclinical pharmacology studies in healthy volunteers and patients, serve as a scientific liaison across project teams, analyze and report pharmacokinetic data, author regulatory documents, and support global regulatory interactions. Manage and mentor staff and vendors. Requirements: PhD, PharmD, or MD with 10-15+ years in industry, expertise in pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology, and regulatory requirements; proficiency with pharmacometrics software (e.g., WinNonlin, NONMEM, R) and data analysis tools; excellent communication skills.
