General Summary:
The Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology will serve as a Disease Area leader for Clinical Pharmacology. Manage the scientific functions and coordinate Clinical Pharmacology activities in collaboration with other Disease Area leaders, maintaining organizational processes, influencing clinical program strategy, and integrating cross-department activities to shape innovative clinical development plans. Direct Clinical Pharmacology efforts for biologics and other novel modality programs in the Disease Area.

Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Define the scientific direction and direct execution of clinical pharmacology plans for Disease Area programs
- Provide strategic operational leadership to the Clinical Pharmacology function
- Manage Clinical Pharmacologists (Director-level and below) to set strategy and develop/execute Clinical Pharmacology plans and studies
- Direct Clinical Pharmacology efforts for biologics/large molecule and novel modality programs
- Serve as a people manager; may have financial accountabilities and HR responsibilities for assigned staff

Knowledge And Skills:
- Design clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics components of filing packages and clinical studies
- Regulatory agency interactions (written responses, IND packages)
- End of Phase 2 and NDA/MAA regulatory experience
- Support drug development programs across all phases including lifecycle management
- Experience with biologics/large molecule programs/assets
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Superior communication skills
- Solve complex problems in a matrix environment
- Academic/clinical postdoctoral training with significant publication history

Education And Experience:
- Ph.D. or Pharm D (or equivalent) plus 15+ years relevant post-doctoral experience, or
- Master’s (or equivalent) plus 20+ years relevant experience, or
- Typically 5 years supervisory/management experience

Pay Range:
$232,000 - $348,000

Flex Designation:
Hybrid-Eligible or On-Site Eligible (Hybrid: remote up to two days/week; On-Site: five days/week on-site with ad hoc flexibility).
