Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology

Role: Senior Director, Clinical Pharmacology, serving as a Disease Area leader for biologics and novel modalities. Responsibilities: define scientific direction, oversee clinical pharmacology plans, lead cross-functional teams, manage staff, and coordinate activities across R&D to shape integrated clinical development strategies, including regulatory interactions for INDs, End of Phase 2, and NDA/MAA filings. Requirements: Ph.D. or PharmD in pharmacokinetics, pharmacometrics, or related field with 15+ years of experience, or master's with 20+ years; 5+ years of management experience; expertise in biologics, large molecules, clinical pharmacology design, pharmacometrics, and regulatory processes; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
