Senior Director, Clinical Operations, Global Clinical Vendor Contracts & Budgets

Role: Senior Director leading global clinical vendor outsourcing for late-stage oncology trials, focusing on RAS-targeted therapies in various mutation-specific inhibitors. Responsibilities: develop and execute outsourcing strategies, oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management; align vendor governance with strategic clinical objectives; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory, Quality, and Legal teams; monitor KPIs and mitigate contractual or operational risks; foster vendor partnerships, lead continuous process improvements, and ensure compliance. Requirements: BS with 17+ years of industry experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles; in-depth expertise managing multi-site early and late-phase oncology trials, especially in contract and budget negotiations; strong organizational, communication, and strategic change management skills; familiarity with global site budgets, legal/financial systems, and regulatory standards (ICH, GCP). Preferred: experience with Ex-US trial operations, advanced MS Office/Smartsheet skills.
