Senior Director, Clinical Operations

Role: Senior Director of Clinical Operations leading cross-functional planning and execution of clinical trials for Keros' TGF-β pathway-targeting therapies. Responsibilities: oversee trial strategy, vendor management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication; ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely trial delivery; manage budgets, risk mitigation, and process improvements; contribute to trial documentation, feasibility, and regulatory readiness. Requirements: minimum 12 years of clinical operations experience in biotech/pharma/CRO sectors, with 5+ years in people management; experience in Phase 1-3 global studies, especially in rare/complex diseases; strong understanding of FDA, EMEA, GDPR, ICH, GCP guidelines; BA/BS in a scientific discipline. Preferred: pediatric or neuromuscular disorders experience.
