Role: Senior Director, Clinical Lead – Neuropsychiatry, overseeing late-phase (Ph2b/3) clinical development for neuroscience therapies targeting conditions like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and psychiatric disorders. Responsibilities: develop and execute global clinical strategies, lead cross-functional teams including project physicians and various scientific disciplines, oversee trial design, quality, safety, and regulatory documentation; manage budgets; collaborate with regulatory affairs; and evaluate scientific opportunities. Requirements: MD with post-doctoral training; minimum 5 years industry experience, including 3 years in Phase II/III development; expertise in clinical drug development, global registration, and matrix team leadership; fluency in English, proficiency in GxP and regulatory standards. Preferred: Board certification in Psychiatry or Neurology, experience with neuropsychiatric indications, and prior global regulatory interactions.
